Manager - People Consulting

We are currently looking for a manager to join our rapidly growing People Consulting team. 

 

As a Manager in EY’s People Consulting, you will have the opportunity to lead a variety of projects, providing people consulting services to a diverse client portfolio across various sectors in Cyprus and abroad.  

  

You will be running and implementing projects and initiatives related to the full spectrum of people management, including organizational design, performance management, talent management, culture and change, people analytics, people development and rewards. 

  

Your Key Responsibilities:  

 

Working with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver people-related systems, programs and policies and provide expert advice for improving their HR capability and employee performance. 

Assuming ownership of projects, participating in setting the objectives and scope of our projects 

Being involved in the management of projects, including planning and meeting budgets and deadlines. 

Conducting diagnostic studies and gap analyses and presenting results and recommendations to clients. 

Analyzing data collected through surveys and field work, i.e. on-site interviews, focus groups and drafting results and recommendations reports. 

Developing and designing HR solutions to meet our projects’ objectives and address our clients’ needs. 

Building and maintaining strong client relationships and representing the team and EY in relevant forums and events. 

Working closely with the People Consulting Team and other EY teams, where needed, to provide high quality deliverables. 

 

Required qualifications, skill and attributes: 

 

A master’s degree in human resources management, Occupational Psychology, MBA or any other related field 

5-8 years of relevant experience in the human resources field, at least 1 of which in a managerial capacity, either in consulting or as a practitioner. Prior experience in a relevant position in a consulting practice will be considered as an advantage 

Experience in the design and/or roll-out/implementation of HR systems related to performance management, rewards, organisational design, culture/change management and workforce planning will be highly desirable 

Strong results-orientation with a ‘can-do’ attitude 

Critical thinking and strong analytical skills 

Excellent report writing skills and high attention to detail 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills coupled with strong team spirit 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek language  

Ability to translate business needs into human resources initiatives and solutions 

Passion for the HR field and strong drive to learn and grow
