Reporting directly to the Global Director People, OR Solutions and partnering with the senior leaders of the two factories in the Czech Republic, you'll be at the forefront of driving our people agenda for these two crucial factories. Your role is pivotal in shaping organizational culture, fostering leadership excellence and ensuring alignment with our core values. Lead your direct team and dotted line reports, to deliver key objectives; priorities and encourage and support others in their personal development. + Employee Lifecycle: Take a proactive approach to ensure a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, prioritizing well-being initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture throughout every stage of the employee journey. + Labour Relations: Develop and deliver a labour relations strategy for the sites and lead collective bargaining/ negotiations with the General Manager. Secure compliance with labour law. Develop and align policies and procedures that positively impact on the business and our employee population. + Professional Growth: Expand your skill set and advance your career in a supportive and collaborative team environment, by engaging in global and Business Area projects. + Analytical Approach: Analyse people data and statistics, provide relevant data driven insight and recommendations, and support the organisation to prepare relevant financial forecast data for workforce planning and training/development areas. What You'll Bring: + Proven Experience: A track record of 5 years in HR leadership roles within multinational organizations, coupled with expertise in best-in-class HR practices. Experience of working within manufacturing company and collective bargaining is preferred. + Authentic Leadership: Self-aware individual that has integrity; empathy and balanced decision making. + Strategic Vision: A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive results personally and through your team which are aligned to organisational objectives. + Collaborative Spirit: A team player who excels at building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving change across diverse functions. + Data-Driven Insights: A knack for leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives. + Passion for People: A genuine passion for people development, employee engagement, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and innovation in an ever-changing environment. + Necessary knowledge: Understanding of local labour legislation and laws and Union practises; expertise in HRIS and analytical tools (SuccessFactors & Power BI helpful); native level of Czech; fluent in English required and Polish helpful.
