Manager Performance Integrity Insights (REMOTE)
**Overview** Leads, plans, organizes, controls insights analyst team to standardize and deliver daily reporting, analytics and support. This includes intake assessment, prioritization protocols, maintaining service level agreements and liaison with key areas including but not limited to clinical and corporate areas and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Teams. Staff, workflow processes, data management and data governance management and accountability will encompass both hospital and physician revenue. Accountable for team responsible to develop and maintain automated standards for daily, weekly and monthly reports tracking associated with revenue cycle transactions, accounts receivable, unbilled, and department performance tracking. Creates automated insights and dashboard visualizations identified as needed, or upon request to support departmental performance, service support, project requirements, performance tracking and improvement or as part of new program development. Ensures team is appropriately trained to support reporting and analytics for the department helping leadership and team to identify and help expedite process improvement. Employs method for report requests tracking, scoring, prioritization and service level agreements for completion. Works directly with Information Technology and other vendors as appropriate to fulfil multi-system, database and complex data requests. $54.15 - $76.44 / Hourly **Responsibilities Job Description** + Manages insights analytics function, library, data governance structure, schedule, tracking, procedures and publishing process; + Transform data into actionable financial insights that supports the business needs of our colleagues business partners; + Manages team and development of key performance indicators for use as established baseline for quality measurement in the revenue cycle. + Analyze performance indicators for inconsistencies and report to operational management; + Publish quality measurements in accordance with pre-defined schedule to operational areas; + Helps to problem solve business challenges by analyzing and developingsustainable / flexible solutions that can be leveraged and maintain business intelligence tools and reports; + Maintains up to date list of current report catalogue for hospital and physician reporting and works with end users to maintain current listing; + Establishes formal processes for intake, assessment and service level agreements for work completion related to reporting, analytics and system changes; + Leveraging a solid understanding of systems and processes, recommend, design and implement transaction and analytics solutions that maintain the integrity of our overall reporting framework and support RCM reporting; + Assist in process improvement initiatives that promote the efficient and effective use of the core accounting systems, including managing automation and process improvement projects aimed at advancing the use of financial systems; + Provide data analytics support-- inspecting, cleaning, transforming, data with the goal of discovering useful information, suggesting conclusions, and supporting decision-making; + Establishes effective work relationships with department members as well as other end users; + Provides Senior Leadership with the information and tools needed to monitor and improve operational metrics **Qualifications** REQUIRED + Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related area PLUS 2 years of experience in health care reimbursement, financial management or coding OR an approved equivalent combination of education and experienc + 3 or more years of applicable leadership business-related experience + 2 or more years of experience developing new insight driven and automated analytic tools + Experience working within the Power BI environment to develop insight driven analytics + EPIC Cogito and Clarity Certification/Proficiency.
