Position Summary:St. John's Regional Medical Center Infusion Centers provide outpatient care in an ambulatory setting. We have three convenient locations in Ventura County: Camarillo, Oxnard, and Ventura. Our mission is to provide the highest quality cancer care for every patient who walks through our doors. Our whole body and mind approach integrates wellness practices alongside the latest procedures in a unique multidisciplinary approach. So much more than just medicine goes into treating our cancer patients. Our infusion team consists of top oncology board-certified physicians, and nurses that maintain current Oncology Nursing Society chemotherapy/biotherapy provider cards. As our Pharmacy Manager Infusion Center you will foster a service culture based on continuous quality Improvement, and create structures and processes that assure cost effective and safe utilization drug supplies and staff time. You will lead initiatives and contribute to the provision of high-quality care, and provide direction and supportive resources regarding day-to-day operations for the department to reduce harm to patients and improve patient outcomes. You will be responsible for Implementing and administering fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, and coordinating financial reporting.
Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in is required. Advanced or Master's degree preferred (e.g., Pharm.D.) .Minimum three (3) years experience as a in an acute care setting. Minimum two (2) years leadership experience.Licensure: Registered license. Oversight for an acute care facility requires licensure in the state in which you practice.
