The Pharmacy Operations Manager will implement and enforce policies and procedures, supervision and training of staff, inventory management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. In addition, The Operations Manager shall assist in managing the pharmacy when the Pharmacy Director is unavailable. **Essential Functions:** + Provides management and oversight of pharmacy-related activities within the department and supportive of system-level initiatives involving change and support for pharmaceutical care across the hospital + Selects, trains, orients, and assigns department staff to schedules.
