Reporting to the Plant Manager at our Waseca, MN manufacturing facility, local producers of Birds Eye Vegetables, you will support plant operations by expanding the capabilities of the Conagra Performance System (CPS) and manage improvement in plant performance by identifying opportunities for improvement. Partner with the plant's entire team to ensure the use of performance tools - establishing a zero-loss manufacturing culture where everyone, every day, learns and improves something, delivering World Class sustainable performance.
What Impact Will You Have on our Business?Achieve business metrics through implementation of CPS initiatives.Provide leadership and subject matter expertise in ConAgra Performance System (CPS) best practices.Coordinate and support plant pillar and platform leads (5S, Safety, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement).Engage all associates on important CPS concepts through hands-on mentoring and audits.Work with teams (i.e. Project Engineers, Contractors, Technicians, Line Structure Leaders, and Other CPS Pillars leads) to guide actions to support CPS.Coach teams in giving and receiving feedback, root cause analysis, trade-off analysis, interpersonal communications and external interactions.Lead the execution of cost-saving projects eliminating losses and improving plant performance.Do You Have What it Takes?Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering or other related fields.Combination of experience and education in lieu of educational requirement3+ years plant-based operations experience in food or CPG manufacturing.Three+ years experience in Continuous Improvement environment – TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and related process improvement systems.Three+ years in facilitating teams; oversee root-cause analysis, data collection, and using TPM/ CPS concepts such as "Why, Why/ How How", Phenomena Thinking.Working knowledge of production equipment and systems including maintenance activities.Relocation assistance is available for this position. Preference will be given to local candidates.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
