The Services PMO Manager will lead a team of Project Managers who lead customer-facing project engagements within the Services organization. The Manager will be responsible for all aspects of people management to ensure that we deliver an exceptional Customer experience across a portfolio of Services engagements.    

 

This position will report to the PMO Director of Services. This position is a remote position with Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Include, but not limited to: 

Oversight of a project portfolio across multiple solution practices that includes both SHI and partner-delivered service engagements, from project start to closeAll aspects of people management, development, and performance managementFrequent and ongoing coaching and mentoring; promoting positivity and celebrating hard workCreation of functional strategies and specific objectives for each team member to drive developmentIdentifying, developing, and implementing successful risk mitigation strategies across the portfolioMonitoring day-to-day project management activities to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery with excellenceServing as a point of escalation to resolve project issues and ensuring an agreeable outcomeInput to refine Pre-Sales statement of work scoping and sizingFrequent cross-functional collaboration with business partners, creating a culture of trust and collaborationDevelop and implement best practices and processes in support of continuous improvement and automationActivities that are required to facilitate timely and accurate billing, and escalation managementDevelopment, management, and execution of training plans to facilitate onboardingParticipation in business strategy discussions, preparation, and execution of business reviews  Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of direct management experience leading in-person and/or virtual teams in a matrixed organization with competing prioritiesMinimum of 5 years of Customer facing project management experienceBachelor's or graduate-level degree OR relevant work experienceKnowledge of technology and services models Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Required Skills Ability to lead and directly manage a team of Project Managers  Strong written and oral communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsStrong ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasksAbility to shift priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong leadership skills, management skills, and the ability to lead/motivate a teamProactive mindset and Sales mentality  Passion for technology & relationship-building  Certifications Required Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Unique Requirements Travel as needed, up to 10% Additional Information The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $180,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
