Job description
Team management and project management
Provide support in Transfer Pricing projects belonging to firms in the PwC network around the world, mainly in the United States.
Participation in studies of the capacity to take intercompany debt considering the level of leverage of the industry, the current liquidity of the financial market and the fund flows of the borrower.
Estimation of credit risk for purposes of searching for comparables
Identification and adjustment of similar transactions (bonds, loans, etc.)
Other related studies including WACC estimation, valuation of loans to be transferred, etc.
Management of financial databases including Bloomberg, Loan Connector, S&P Capital IQ, etc.
Read, write and maintain fluent conversations in English.
Participation in meetings with internal and external clients
Proficient communication skills
Team player, committed to providing high quality, taking on new experiences, learning new skills, providing direction to staff, taking feedback from superiors, and maintaining timelines;  Able to coach and supervise associates Able to coach and supervise associates.    
Work experience of at least 6 years. Experience in multinational companies is valued

Skills

Advanced English (Required) Knowledge of Excel (Required),Experience leading work teams (Desirable).Knowledge or interest in Finance. Analytical profile, oriented towards teamwork
