Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Program Manager
We are looking for an energetic, flexible, self-motivated, and result-oriented individual who can collaborate across functions and levels to liaise with the Master Black Belts and Black belts, to drive change within the organization using significant LSS digital tools and methodology.
Responsibilities
• Support data-driven decisions by creating needed reports as per the need
• Support region/site/account initiatives to meet our yearly targets
• Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager
• Track and report adoption program status and usage status on a regular basis to leadership
• Working closely with Operation and Functional Teams to drive replication for process improvements digital solutions across the business or organization;
• Build detailed communication plans and work with significant communication and design teams to deliver impactful creative output, and ensure timely adherence to those plans
• Act as regional POC for LDT initiatives, programs
• Drives continual improvement projects within the process to ensure better efficiencies.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business administration, or related field
• Proficiency English language is a must
• Relevant experience management role (preference given to those who have managed 50 member teams and done customer-facing role)
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Experience with staffing, planning, and people management
• Experience in technology strategy development and execution, working with onshore, offshore, nearshore teams, and globally diverse customer groups
• Ability to take initiative and build productive relationships
• Ability to drive program and process change through informal authority, serve as a trusted consultant to internal customers and represent users and customers in every thought and interaction
• Effective project planning abilities including attention to detail, organization, timeline tracking, and communication across many teams and all organizational levels
• Prior Experience in the banking domain/industry.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Organizational change and Program management with clear expertise in driving impactful governance esp at CXO level
• Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret and research on the data. Able to analyze data, interpret information and produce clear, concise and effective reports
• Must be flexible with work timings
• Must be courageous to challenge existing ways of working to be able to drive large tech-led new ways, and be always in learning mode - so has to be high on curiosity
