Overview Supervision of day-to-day operations for the delivery of services for Al'z Place Model Day Care Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 screening for this position Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a health or social services or related field with one year of supervisory experience in a social services or health care services setting OR hold a current LPN or RN license with one year of supervisory experience in a social services or health care services setting. OR 5 years of staff supervisory experience in a social services or health care services setting. Must have a minimum of three years' experience working with patients with dementia and their families. Knowledge of community resources, government programs and volunteer/professional organizations. Strong organizational and leadership skills, time management, proficiency in basic computer programs, budget development required. Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: Employees in this position: Will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a non-frequent driver Licensure/Certification/Registration: See minimum education & experience requirements above. Valid Florida Driver's License. Current CPR Heartsaver Card. Florida Food Management Certificate required within three to six months of employment.
