Manage the end-to-end development process of real estate projects, from initial concept to project completion.  Lead and mentor a team of project development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are achieved.  Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.  Oversee the preparation and management of project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines.  Monitor construction activities, quality control, and compliance with regulatory standards to maintain project integrity.  Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges and ensure project success.  Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders. 

Education Qualification 

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Construction Management . 

 

Experience 

8-12 years of experience in Real Estate industry with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering development projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
