Responsibilities Project Planning:Defining project goals and objectives  Creating project timelines and schedules  Identifying necessary resources and assigning tasks  Developing a communication strategy  Budget Management:Estimating project costs and developing a detailed budget  Monitoring expenses and managing project finances to stay within budget  Risk Management:Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies  Proactively addressing issues to minimize project disruptions  Stakeholder Management:Communicating project updates and status to key stakeholders regularly  Managing expectations and addressing stakeholder concerns  Team Leadership:Leading and motivating the project team  Overseeing team performance and resolving conflicts  Quality Assurance:Implementing quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet standards  Performing quality checks throughout the project lifecycle  Change Management:Managing project scope changes and ensuring proper documentation of adjustments  Communicating changes effectively to the team and stakeholders  Monitoring and Reporting:Tracking project progress against the plan  Identifying deviations from the plan and taking corrective action  Generating regular project reports for stakeholders  Project Closure:Completing all project deliverables and documentation  Evaluating project success and conducting post-project analysis  Qualifications Education:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a relevant field.  Technical Skills:Understanding of software development lifecycle, familiarity with various IT systems and tools, basic knowledge of programming languages can be beneficial.  Project Management Skills:Expertise in project planning, scope definition, risk management, budget management, timeline creation, and resource allocation.  Leadership Abilities:Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve conflicts effectively.  Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interact with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.  Relevant Experience: Prior experience in IT roles like systems analyst, software developer, or IT support specialist can be advantageous.  Demonstrated ability to successfully manage IT projects from initiation to completion.  Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
