Lead the development and implementation of project schedules, considering resource allocation, dependencies, and critical paths
Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with scheduling objectives
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and proactively address scheduling conflicts to mitigate risks
Facilitate regular project scheduling meetings to review timelines, identify bottlenecks, and adjust schedules as needed
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards while scheduling project activities
Provide regular reports and updates on project schedule performance to senior management and key stakeholders
Contribute to the continuous improvement of scheduling processes and the implementation of best practices
Mentor and guide junior scheduling staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in project scheduling
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
Advanced certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project scheduling within the Airports industry
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex project schedules and delivering projects on time
Proven experience in utilizing project management tools and software to optimize scheduling processes
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
