10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation with a strong understanding of ERP systems and processes (On Prem Cloud)

Manage and own complete testing services of Oracle ERP solution

7+ years of experience in Test Automation tools and frameworks

Strong knowledge of scripting and programming languages (e.g. Java VBScript JavaScript Python)

Testing experience in Order to Cash Cycle Supply Chain domains

Responsibilities

Lead the testing efforts for Oracle E Business SCM ensuring all functionalities are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases for Oracle Cloud ERP SCM modules.Provide expertise in Selenium and UFT to automate test scripts and improve testing efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.Ensure all test activities are documented and maintain comprehensive test records.Identify report and track defects working closely with development teams to resolve issues.Conduct performance testing to ensure the system can handle expected load and stress conditions.Utilize domain knowledge in education to tailor test cases and scenarios that align with industry-specific requirements.Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and testability.Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices and testing methodologies.Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies to continuously improve testing processes.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to testing and quality assurance.Communicate test results and project status to stakeholders providing clear and concise reports.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in Oracle E Business SCM demonstrating deep understanding of its functionalities.Have hands-on experience with Selenium and UFT showcasing ability to automate complex test scenarios.Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP SCM with a focus on ensuring system reliability and performance.Exhibit domain knowledge in education applying it to create relevant and effective test cases.Show proficiency in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.Have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve defects efficiently.Possess strong communication skills capable of conveying complex information clearly to stakeholders.Be experienced in mentoring and guiding junior testers fostering a collaborative team environment.Stay current with emerging testing tools and technologies applying them to enhance testing processes.Demonstrate ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work effectively.Show commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with company policies.Have a proactive approach to learning and professional development continuously improving skills and knowledge.
