Job Summary
Contribute to the change Level 3 support and governance of the Identity as a Service (IDaaS) platform Design build configure and implement IAM solutions on Ping identity products Provide technical support to project teams as well as the Level
Responsibilities
5 years related experience at an Enterprise level 3 years experience with an industry standard IAM platform Experience with systems development support and maintenance with specialist knowledge in IAM Hands on experience on an industry-standard IAM platform (eg Ping Okta Forgerock NetIQ Tivoli etc) Knowledge of security design principles for IAM solutions Hands on experience with SAML OAuth OIDC LDAP etc Preferably a background in development (especially Java) Preferably experience in a DevOps/Cloud environment (especially AWS) Logical troubleshooting ability Experience collaborating and supporting others Advanced analysis problem solving troubleshooting and consultative skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Applied understanding of technical concepts of enterprise architecture and contemporary IT strategies An understanding of a financial services operating environment applications and products desirable
