Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled GRC Architect with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Archer IRM and a background in Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects during day shifts without the need for travel.


Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of GRC solutions using Archer IRM to meet business requirements.Oversee the development and maintenance of GRC frameworks ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.Provide technical guidance and support to the team in configuring and customizing Archer IRM modules.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the GRC capabilities of the organization.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of GRC initiatives and recommend improvements.Support the integration of GRC processes with other business functions to enhance overall efficiency.Ensure the continuous improvement of GRC practices through the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions.Engage with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate compliance reviews and inspections.Provide expertise in Asset & Wealth Management to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of GRC solutions.Contribute to the development of GRC policies and procedures to ensure a robust control environment.Drive the adoption of a risk-aware culture across the organization.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Archer IRM implementation and customization.Demonstrate a strong understanding of GRC frameworks and industry standards.Have a background in Asset & Wealth Management which is highly desirable.Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Show strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Have a proven track record of successfully leading GRC projects.Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Have experience in conducting audits and compliance assessments.Show proficiency in developing and delivering training programs.Exhibit strong project management skills.Be adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.

Certifications Required

Certified Archer Administrator Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
