Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 8 to 11 years of experience in Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis solutions for supply planning inventory planning and optimization.Oversee the integration of Kinaxis solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.Provide technical expertise in Kinaxis Demand Planning and Sales & Operations Planning to optimize business processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and maintain technical documentation for Kinaxis solutions and related processes.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality.Support the development and execution of test plans to validate system changes and enhancements.Mentor and guide junior team members in Kinaxis-related technologies and best practices.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all technical implementations.Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Kinaxis-related issues.Stay updated with the latest advancements in Kinaxis technologies and incorporate them into the companys solutions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Kinaxis solutions.Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning.Demonstrate a solid understanding of operations and how they integrate with Kinaxis solutions.Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.Display the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in Kinaxis technologies.The Cognizant community:
