We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Specialist/Manager to join our team in the B2B process. In this role, you will be responsible for serving the US regions for marketing and renewal of various insurance coverages.
Ensure the timely and accurate production and processing of relevant documents and information, including report preparation. Contribute to the achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business objectives. Adhere to Company policies and performance standards. Update reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entry. Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation.

Data processing and analysis - assist the consulting team in gathering, organizing, entering and reviewing data using Excel spreadsheets to be used for various client projectsUse Proposal Tech system to develop, distribute, and summarize marketings for consulting team reviewChecking vendor data for reasonableness and follow-up with vendors regarding missing or inaccurate dataDeveloping draft responses of questions from vendorsConsulting projects including creating Requests for Proposals for marketing and renewal of client insurance policiesEnsuring compliance of all internal and client policiesUpdating of workflow process documentsCreating reports, perform data analysis, including presentation of data insightsParticipate and contribute in any special project requirementsLearn and understand business specific domainAdhere to process documentations (e.g. SOPs, PMAPs, Exception and Update Tracker etc..)Focus on the culture of First Time RightOwnership of delivery on assigned work through self-planning and monitoring of all activitiesNote: Applicants should be flexible working in shifts
What you need to have?
Graduate with minimum 5-8 years’ experience overallIntermediate to advanced level knowledge in MS Excel (Must)Proficiency with MS PowerPointStrong experience in Project/Process/Task Requirements & translating requirements into working deliverablesExcel VBA/Python and R-Studio (Preferred- Good to have)Knowledge of H&B domain (MUST)Sound knowledge of process documentation, development of SOP, knowledge artifactsAbility to work independently and on a teamAdvanced Logical, Data Analytical & Data Mining skillsStrong experience in Workflow, RCA, Defect ManagementProficient in Effort EstimationProject management skills – thorough understanding of projects and processesExcellent interpersonal skills, strong oral & written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environmentWhat makes you stand out?
