Join Team Amex and let's lead the way together. **Job description** The position is a high-profile position of accelerating business card acquisition by digital channel. This individual will be responsible for developing new partnerships to acquire business card and execute strategic marketing promotions. They will be responsible for liaising with agencies and external partners, while building strong relationships across internal across functional team. This role also provides a unique opportunity to drive strong business results and future partnership strategy through thought leadership. **Responsibilities** + Identify, negotiate, and enter into partnership agreement to create mutually beneficial opportunities for new card acquisition, mainly business owner card by digital channel + Develop and implement strategic plans for new card acquisition through digital channels, ensuring alignment with overall business goals + Maintain ensuring ongoing collaboration and addressing any issues that arise + Ensure all partnership activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, managing any potential risk associated with digital partnerships + Monitoring the performance of partnership campaign, collecting and analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement The role requires close co-working with digital acquisition team and contribute directly to their goals, they will be a results-oriented team player with flexible attitude and providing though leadership. They will have a strong ability to build relationships and partner externally to drive the results. This individual will be responsible for guiding teams though change, mentoring staff, and ensuring the alignment of individual and team goals with the company strategic objectives. + Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve both individual and organization goals. + Identify skill gaps and provide learning and development opportunities for team members to enhance their capabilities and career growth + Promote a positive, inclusive and high-performing work environment by fostering open communication and recognizing individual and team achievement. + Address and mediate conflicts or challenges within the team, ensuring a constructive and respectful resolution process **Qualifications** + 3 years of relevant experience + Prior experience of business development, managing external partners and leading negotiations desirable + A passion for external partnerships and a growth mind-set, excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills + Business level fluency in Japanese is mandatory (both verbal and written); English proficiency is highly desirable. + Strong strategic and thought leadership skills with a passion for innovation and bringing fresh ideas to the table + Superior interpersonal and influencing skills across cross-functional teams and agencies + Lead and/or support all aspects of deal negotiation, ensuring necessary approvals, appropriate contractual provisions and due diligence processes + Comfortable working with a variety of internal partners, mainly digital acquisition team + Proven experience in a leadership role + Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on active listening , coaching, and mentorship + Demonstrated success in team management, performance improvement, and conflict resolution **Qualifications** We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
