As a Manager Quality Engineering you will bring your technical and testing skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Quality Engineering team reporting to Director of Quality Engineering you will support the Hilton Honors and other Hilton software applications.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

\n

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

\n

What your day-to-day will be like:

\n\nManage a team of QA engineers, providing regular performance feedback, evaluation, and coaching.\nUse data from quality metrics to provide insights into product quality and identify areas for improvement. Use these insights to lead actionable changes that enhance overall product quality.\nPrioritize, plan, and negotiate conflicts or challenges.\nIdentify gaps and ideas for continuous improvement of processes.\n\n

How you will collaborate with others:

\n\nCollaborate with others to gain an understanding of application architecture, risks, and quality needs while providing leadership to your assigned team.\nCollaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize test plans and test execution, ensure comprehensive test coverage, and provide quality metrics.\nPartner with QE Managers, Development, and DevOps teams to improve processes and procedures.\n\n

What deliverables you will take ownership of: 

\n\nQA, UAT, automation and/or Post-Release testing of our mobile apps.\nQuality metrics reporting.\nAssigned deliverables utilizing a variety of technologies.\n\n

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

\n

You have these minimum qualifications:

\n\nFive (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field\nTwo (2) years of management experience in a Technical role\nHands-on experience with product release testing\nTravel up to 15%\n\n

It would be useful if you have:

\n\n\nBachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience \nSeven (7) + years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field\nFive (5) + years of professional experience with automated testing; and Agile Methodologies\nExperience testing digital wallets, digital payment services, and contactless payments\nExposure to large-scale enterprise software products\n\n\n\n\n
