Works closely with the Chief Medical Officer/Chief Quality Officer/Chief Nursing Officer to provide leadership for hospital-wide efforts to continuously improve the safety, effectiveness, efficiency, patient-centeredness, equity and timeliness of health care service to all patients. Helps lead/manage quality and safety initiatives to achieve outstanding performance on key, nationally standardized metrics of quality and safety.
