Provides leadership for Quality, Safety and Risk Management Programs. Organizes, plans, develops and directs functions of quality, safety and risk management including development of performance standards, outcome measures and corrective action plans. Reports results to appropriate oversight committees and boards within Providence as well as Federal and State regulatory bodies. Ensures externally imposed regulatory or accreditation standards are met or exceeded. Reduces/eliminates risk exposure and liability.

Required qualifications:
Education sufficient for licensure Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License Upon hire: License in state of hire, and wherever care is delivered. 3 years of Quality, safety and risk management experience. Experience in the use of clinical information to drive quality improvement through data analysis and informatics.Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 5 years of relevant healthcare experience including 2 years in community-based care. 1 year of Infection Control activities (identification, surveillance, investigation, andprevention) experience.
