This is a Salaried position. Overview Imaging leaders are assigned departments based on operations and span of control. This leader will tentatively oversee Mammography, US, CVI Vascular US and Central Transport. POSITION SUMMARY: The Radiology Manager provides direction, coordination, and supervision to the overall activities of Imaging Services. They participate in planning, organizing, and controlling departmental activities, and maintaining an ongoing assessment and improvement program. This may include the areas of diagnostic radiology, nuclear medicine, computerized tomography (CT), magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), ultrasound, mammography, non-invasive cardiology and radiology support. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Radiology, Nursing, Allied Health, Administration or related major Licensure/ Certification: CPR-Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (For Imaging Candidates) ARRT or NMTCB or ARDMS (For Imaging Candidates) IEMA License for ARRT, if applicable or NMTCB (For RN Candidates) Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing in Illinois (For RT Candidates) CRT or RRT License by IDPFR Experience: 5 years' experience in clinical discipline Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Prior experience in an imaging modality 3 years' experience in a lead or higher level of leadership 2 years' experience as active management or assistant management of a Medical Imaging department OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
