CFA & Transport Management
Manage CFA operation of the RegionEnsure statutory compliance at CFAsResponsible for infrastructure upgradation of CFAs in line with business needEnsure compliance on distribution & quality SOPsSource transporters for secondary distributionProcess payments of CFAs and transportersIdentify and drive M&P initiatives and service level improvement opportunitiesStock Management
Ensure stock replenishment at CFA as per forecast by co-ordinating with Distribution Planning ManagerMonitor FEFO & stock freshness at CFAsEnsure timely disposal of market return damages & expiriesBudgeting & Spend Management
Responsible for preparing Distribution Budget for the region and tracking budget vs spendResponsible for rate negotiation with C&FAs, warehouse agencies and transportersCustomer Service
Single point regional co-ordinator for SC related queriesOversee POSM distribution and sharing of information to sales teamEnsure adherence to SLAs with internal and external stakeholders
