Qualifications + Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred. + Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in commercial real estate, finance or related field, required. Two years of management experience, preferred. + Licensure/Certification: Real Estate Broker’s License, required. CCIM or CPM, preferred. + Additional Skills (required): Experience in managing real estate transactions from inception of project through lease execution. Effective oral and written communication skills, along with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access). Extensive knowledge in negotiating favorable business terms for clients. Basic knowledge of Stark and Anti-Kickback Laws as it relates to physician owners, and how that affects entering into transactions with physician owners. Ability to perform assignments with a high degree of accuracy and with extraordinary attention to detail and critical path schedules, while following internal guidelines and processes. Ability to multi-task, work under constant pressure, meet deadlines with little to no difficulty, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to interact with confidence and calmness with all levels of management in a professional and cordial manner. Ability to travel throughout the enterprise of the organization including occasionally staying overnight as necessary. + Additional Skills (preferred): Knowledge of construction, property management and lease administration of commercial real estate.
