Tenant Master Updation (System)

Responsible for updating Tenant Master periodically for personal details of tenants, meter details, site vacation data, Rent/transit data, lottery, actual/final rehab allotted data etc. Displays knowledge and experience of processing various modules in the tenant management system Ensures processing of Tenant payments through invoice planning (SAP) Responsible for system clean up at the end of every month

Repository

Maintain hard copy files of all project related documents, naming numbering and storing it for easy retrieval. Uploading all documents and transferring originals to the repository. Accepting originals from the site and processing them in tenant management system.

Stakeholder Relationship Management

Has knowledge and interacts with stakeholders ( tenant Management site team, Legal, Liasioning, Finance and Facilities Management)  Provides the maintained documents to the required internal departments as and when required Coordinates between the finance, legal and the site for timely dispersal of rent and maintaining the records of the same

Documentation

Exhibits thorough knowledge of all documents required in the process of redevelopment Displays experience and knowledge of storage of documentation as per:- For Tenants Deeds & Agreements Tenant personal info documents Payment information documents Transfer related documents Possession related documents For Property Development Agreement Tender Document Statutory Documents pertaining to property

Educational qualifications :-

Graduate in any discipline

Relevant experience :-

Min of 5+ years of experience in redevelopment process and knowledge of documents executed in redevelopment Hands on experience in working on relevant ERP/SAP tool for capturing data
