The physical therapy manger supports the mission, vision, values and objectives of Saint John's Health Center and is accountable for fiscal and personnel management of the departments. The manager of rehabilitation services is responsible for the professional practice of a particular discipline (i.e. Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology), including the implementation of established standards, development of quality services, new programs, and business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree - Graduate of an accredited professional program in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Language Therapy or Comparable education approved by the applicable licensing board Upon hire: California Occupational Therapist License Or Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License Or Upon hire: California Speech Language Pathologist License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 5 years experience as a practicing therapist or manager of a clinical department 2 years experience in management, supervision of staff/interns or comparable experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Ph.D. Master's Degree 2 years experience as a manager in an acute hospital environment
