Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Manages the rehabilitation department, including oversight for quality, patient satisfaction, regulatory and billing compliance, business development and all aspects of staff development and employee engagement. May have a specific focus such as Physical, Occupational, and/or Speech Therapy.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of three (3) years of varied clinical experience. Prefer one (1) year of supervisory experience in a rehab settingGraduation from a school of Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy approved by that discipline's regulatory bodyCurrent and active Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy license in the applicable state where employedCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Must be through the American Heart Association)
