**Overview** Mercy Medical Center Mt. Shasta is a member of the Dignity Health system of health care providers and is a not-for-profit medical facility. We are designated as a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital and are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health care Organizations. For more information visit www.mercy.org. **Responsibilities** **Position Summary:** Manages the rehabilitation department, including oversight for quality, patient satisfaction, regulatory and billing compliance, business development and all aspects of staff development and employee engagement. May have a specific focus such as Physical, Occupational, and/or Speech Therapy. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Minimum of three (3) years of varied clinical experience. Prefer one (1) year of supervisory experience in a rehab setting + Graduation from a school of Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy approved by that discipline's regulatory body + Current and active Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy license in the applicable state where employed + Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Must be through the American Heart Association) **Pay Range** $51.66 - $74.91 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
