Responsibilities
Position Summary:As the Manager Respiratory Care for St. John's Regional Medical Center, you will manage the daily operation of all services of the Respiratory Therapy Department.  You will need to be thorough, proactive, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, working to assess and revise programs and practices in keeping with a changing health care environment.  You will play a key role to ensure compliance with all standards of practice and licensing/regulatory requirements, and help to develop and implement growth strategies, development and implementation of new respiratory programs and services.You will be a servant leader, leading by example, and an educator, working to hardwire best practices ensuring staff provides the best possible care to our patients.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience: Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field required.Minimum of five (5) years experience in related field required. Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience required.Required Licensure: License as a Respiratory Therapist required.
