Position Summary • Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external customers for each and every Retail deal from shop design to tenancy expiry, to ensure every commercial deal (Retail) and the respective retail shops are completed according to the desired quality and schedule • Participate in project management tasks of special projects including but not limited to group’s self operated retail stores, JV/Leased retail stores/F and B outlets • Manage the Retail Promenades’ day-to-day operations as asset owner of the Retail Promenades. To establish and maintain communications with tenants and internal Projects/ Engineering teams to ensure both the retail experiences and the Promenade’s facilities are maintained at high operational standards • Oversee tenancy administration duties for all leased Retail and FandB tenants. Exercise shopping mall management and co-ordinate with tenants and internal parties on administrative works such as rental collection, cleaning and parking contracts administration and marketing related activities • Perform financial analysis on leased tenants’ sales revenue. Monitor sales performance of every retailer and assist senior management to explore future retail opportunities to bring additional rental revenue to the company • Oversee the pre-opening of Foot Massage Centre in terms of the financial planning, business development, marketing and operations planning • Any ad hoc projects as required by the team headPrimary Responsibility (1) Tenant Coordination • Act as the key liaison across a range of internal and external stakeholders (ie. Tenants, Projects, Contractors, GM's operational teams etc) from design to completion of construction works • Ensure Tenants’ construction works are in compliance to the parameters and fit-out control process dictated in the Retailer Handbook. Review and revise the contents of the Retailer Handbook from time to time according to changes in the operating environment • Manage and co-ordinate plan submissions for application of all relevant licenses and permits • First point of contact for Tenants on all technical related enquiries. Actively liaise with Tenant’s designers and contractors on all technical issues to ensure the construction works of Retail shops are completed timely • Monitor the progress of each tenant deal; troubleshoot potential problems; resolve design and construction issues • Coordinate and conduct regular status meetings with leasing, Project, as well as with project management • Handle all site handovers of leased Retail Shops and keep full documentary records on all handover conditions of each and every shop premises • Establish and enforce site access control system for Retailers and their contractors in accordance to Macau’s regulatory and other safety requirements • Establish and maintain close communications with Tenants’ operational teams after opening. To closely liaise between internal operational departments and Tenants to (i) ensure our both our guests and Tenants are satisfied with our services and Retail offerings, (ii) respond to guest comments and seek constant improvement on retail operations and guest services and (iii) explore new business initiatives that would benefit both Galaxy and our Tenants (2) Project Management Tenant coordination manager is required to be project manager of all leased/JV retail/ F and B units, and as required by AVP – Retail Services any special projects: • Liaise/Coordinate with project team members and outside parties in preparing design brief, appointment of consultants, master programme, financial budget and obtaining all necessary permits and approvals • Responsible for the entire project’s development progress, quality, and cost control • Work with all parties to plan and design the project; supervise and monitor the design and other consultancy services to ensure that the works will fulfill all functional, operational and quality requirements • Work closely with project team members and consultants during tender procurements and control the budget throughout the development processRequirements 0
