**Responsibilities:**
The Manager of Retail Telesales will report to the National Director of Retail Sales and is responsible for the telesales program performance and operations and overall relationship management. Responsibilities include sales production and strategy, operational efficiency, call quality, sales campaign management, and overall customer experience. The Manager of Retail Telesales is responsible for vendor oversight and operational performance of assigned telesales agents.
**Education/Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
+ 5 or more years of call center, insurance, and project management.
+ Vendor and call center experience, preferably insurance sales.
+ Understanding and experience with the Exchange Health Care program and/or health insurance.
+ Understanding and experience with the Medicare program and or health insurance.
+ Ability to collaborate, foster alignment, and create a sense of urgency.
+ Ability to evaluate the specific business value of prospective new technologies and vendors.
+ Time management skills, planning and executing long-term projects on schedule.
+ Assess program performance and provide necessary feedback and direction.
+ Manage vendor and campaigns to expectations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
+ Interpret and evaluate call center reports.
+ Provide constructive feedback to agent individual performance.
