Make a Difference
The Manager Retirement is responsible for administration of all network retirement plans with focus on all defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation plans. This manager serves as a consultant to all network caregivers, coordinates response to customer service issues by direct intervention or through external resources, and assures the interface of necessary information between Payroll, HRIS, actuarial firms, trustees, and benefits caregivers. Manages plan design, communications, data analysis, fiduciary review, and coordinates ERISA reporting/disclosure activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience Five (5) or more years of professional hands-on experience in managing retirement plan administration Experience managing external retirement vendor relationships Experience facilitating retirement plan investment committee Familiarity with complex organizations and the ability to interact with geographically diverse staff In-depth understanding of defined benefit retirement plans, defined contribution retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, and the laws/regulations that impact each Proven competency in leadership skills, work, and service Foster collaboration and include others in problem solving and continuous improvement Display forward thinking to anticipate needs and opportunities Create and protect a high-trust environment Ability to work in an HR business partner model, collaborating across the business and HR Ability to develop and implement new processes Ability to effectively manage negotiations Ability to independently manage time and priorities Ability to work analytically Strong personal computer and business software skills
