Bureau Veritas Laboratories is looking for a Manager-Revenue Management 

 

As a Manager for Revenue Management, your main responsibilities are to:

Conduct thorough analysis and provide strategic support for pricing strategies and revenue management, leveraging performance insights to drive revenue growth Generate and present monthly forecasts and comprehensive analyses, delivering key financial metrics Prepare detailed reports and analyses across various financial domains including budgets, forecasts, financial plans, month-end reports, and pricing evaluations Perform in-depth analysis of revenue data to discern trends, variances, and strategic opportunities. Develop robust financial models to facilitate decision-making processes, evaluating diverse scenarios and their potential impact on financial performance. Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to support Bid Desk pricing for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Provide financial guidance on pricing decisions for new ventures and contract renewals, contributing to sustainable business growth. Formulate and refine pricing strategies to optimize win rates across quotes, bids, and RFPs. Establish standardized costing model templates and streamline workflows through automation. Analyze the effects of industry trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes on pricing strategies, adapting proactively. Identify key cost drivers and opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency enhancement. Monitor customer profitability metrics and collaborate with sales teams to devise solutions for underperforming segments. Develop pricing models aimed at improving response agility, accuracy, and overall profitability. Analyze and report on trends related to volume, turnaround time, margin, revenue, fixed costs, and asset utilization to inform strategic decision-making.

 

You are the ideal Manager for Revenue Management if:

Possess over 5 years of hands-on experience in roles specializing in revenue management, pricing strategies and data analysis. Demonstrated financial intuition, an analytical mindset, coupled with attention to detail Showcase exemplary analytical prowess and a knack for problem-solving, consistently driving insightful solutions to complex business challenges Excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments, adeptly managing multiple priorities and competing demands with efficiency and composure Have a proven track record of successful collaboration with stakeholders, consistently delivering outcomes that exceed expectations Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the organization and presenting complex information with clarity Proficiency using MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Salesforce, Tableau, alongside a working proficiency in SQL and other advanced data analysis tools Successfully completed a post-secondary education in Business, Economics, or Finance Possess a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in good standing, underscoring a commitment to excellence in financial acumen and professional development
