To learn more visit becu.org/careers. **PAY RANGE** The Target Pay Range for this position is $142,800.00-$174,400.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $111,000.00 - $206,200.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. **BENEFITS** Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Your leadership will be critical in advancing our mission and shaping the future of sales compensation at BECU. *****This role is eligible for remote work in WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, SC, GA.** **WHAT YOU’LL DO** **:** + **Lead Sales Compensation Design:** You’ll manage the design and administration of BECU’s overall sales incentive programs for both employees and leaders, ensuring that they’re impactful and aligned with organizational goals. + **Collaborate with Business Leaders:** You’ll advise business leaders on all things sales compensation, offering strategic solutions that support their objectives while maintaining alignment with the broader compensation strategy. + **Drive Sales Incentive Planning:** You’ll oversee the annual sales incentive plan design process, ensuring it supports business needs while staying competitive and motivating. + **Ensure Accurate Compensation Calculations:** You’ll ensure the accurate and timely calculation of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales incentives, maintaining a high level of efficiency and precision. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** You’ll work closely with the Base Compensation team and other HR functions, contributing to key initiatives that benefit the entire organization. + **Coaching and Mentoring:** You’ll provide ongoing coaching and development to your team, helping them grow professionally and ensuring they’re empowered to reach their full potential.
