The EMEA Merchant Acquisition Sales organization is a sales team of different nationalities speaking more than 28 languages based in Madrid. Our teams successfully acquire and manage relationships with merchants in all European Markets. Within our organization, the Sales Support & Systems (SS&S) team’s mission is to deliver the best-in-class support to the Sales organization providing sales insights, reporting and analytics, project management, and leading business transformation opportunities. Within SS&S, the Manager is responsible for collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders across GMNS developing and implementing strategies and solutions to support driving results. It’s essential to understand and identify the channels strengths and opportunities by consulting with stakeholders and creating innovative and value-added change management. This is an excellent opportunity to gain deep understanding of the EMEA Telesales & CCLM organization, develop and refine strategies and specific analysis / modeling solutions, and work with exposure to and insight from the leadership. **How will you make an impact in this role?** The successful candidate will quickly develop relationships and position him/herself in an advisory role to identify opportunities, analyze complex variables and create strategies that enhance sales and client management performance. Main responsibilities + Building relationships with GMNS sales teams and partner managers across EMEA and driving engagement with the lead management process. + Assess, align and successfully implement opportunities to leverage systems and databases to provide reporting and analytical data and insights to address key business needs. + Coordinate the execution of robust processes to deliver monthly reporting, ad hoc analysis, trigger-based call models, forecasts and results. + Coordinate the reporting on recurring and ad hoc sales and CRM campaigns. + Develop business insights to gain understanding of portfolio performance. Identify trends in activation, cancellation, and activity level. **Minimum Qualifications** + B. Sc. (or equivalent) in Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering (or similar) + Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting / MI role. + Ability to drive results while working on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and in changing environments + Strong leadership skills, ability to translate strategies into action plans and influence others without direct authority. + Driven by objectives, ambitious and communicative + Excellent team management skills, ideally previous 3 years of experience. + Advanced SAS programming skills and advanced domain of SQL language a great plus; intermediate Python programming skills will be positively considered + Good English language communication skills, both verbal and written **Qualifications** We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
