The Manager Seating Strategy will lead a Team of individual contributors to develop, manage, and deliver optimized boarding and seating plans and capabilities. This role will be responsible for establishing and managing the execution of the boarding and seating plans for the airline, including optimization of the seat map and boarding configurations to maximize revenue across air products, while balancing with other factors including product strategies, passenger experience, turn and operational implications, among others. The Manager Seating Strategy is a strategic thinker and effective communicator who is excited to drive the future of Southwest Airlines.

Competitive market salary from $125,000 per year to $138,500 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
