Aspirus Langlade Hospital in Antigo, WI is seeking a MANAGER- SENIOR CARE SERVICES to join our ROSALIA GARDENS team!

The Manager - Senior Care Services provides leadership and organizational direction and management for CBRF and Memory Care in accordance with the participants, residents and tenant's needs, payer source regulations, government regulations, Aspirus Mission and Values and Aspirus policies to ensure quality of care and achieve business and financial goals/objectives.  Collaborates with the Hospice Manager and staff regarding the care of Hospice patients.  Reports to the Director, Division Operational Services, who collaborates with the CNO/Vice President of Patient Care Services regarding clinically-related care.

HOURS: Full time or 1.0 FTE; 80 hours bi-weekly; Day Shift

Experience/Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related healthcare field required.Licensed Registered Nurse preferredTwo - Five years prior healthcare leadership experience desired, preferably manager multi-facet facilities (e.g.RCAC, CBRF, etc.).  Leadership or staff experience in geriatric or similar programming for older adults preferred. Responsible for oversight of operations, employees, and participants/residents/tenants in the adult day care program, memory care, community based residential facility and independent living/retirement community.  Collaborates with Hospice Leadership and staff on the management and care of Hospice patients. Promotes and ensures a participant/resident/tenant-oriented, holistic, multidisciplinary approach to care that ensure the health, safety and rights of each individual.Develops individual an departmental goals, objectives and standards for performance, and demonstrates support of and active engagement to ensure success of meeting business unit and system goals as well.Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to collaborate successfully with local and Aspirus System health care partners. Ability to drive financial results. Excellent team development and leadership skills.Exhibits a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives.
