Apple's Worldwide Education Product Marketing team is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager who shares our vision for education. In this role, you’ll lead strategy for the platform and operations of the Apple Education Community that aligns our products and services with the evolving needs of educators and learners globally. DescriptionDescriptionDefine and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Apple Education Community platform. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, product marketing, and sales to ensure successful product delivery and adoption. Scale the Apple Education Community, including the learning center, and forum. Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the engineering team. Prioritize product features and improvements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Monitor key product metrics, analyze performance, and iterate on the product to achieve business goals. Advocate with internal teams to promote adoption of new technologies to ensure the platform maintains an innovative edge and engaging user experience. Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications10+ years of proven experience in driving the development of products, with a strong focus on platform development and related technologies.In-depth experience with the FileMaker platform and its ecosystem.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.Key QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsDeep understanding of online educational learning communities and best practices for developing and sustaining strong user engagement.Record of success leading and launching sophisticated software products.Proficiency with new technologies like AI, Deep Learning, and their practical applications in online learning.Experience leading design, feature breakdown, and projects/products from inception to shipped software.Ability to conceptualize and drive complex projects with contending priorities, multiple partners, and quick timelines.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to work in virtual, remote and in person settings. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $185,800 and $334,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
