Lazada is looking for a Product Operations & Partnerships, Manager/ Senior Manager to drive the adoption and growth of Lazada PayLater, a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) product which spans across Southeast Asia. As part of the Regional Lazada PayLater Team, you will be the key personnel to ensure the smooth-running operations of our lending business. You will be the main interface between Lazada and our key partners in South East Asia and responsible for the entire collaboration well-being and foster good and trusted working relationship. You are a goal-getter, a people person and a desired team player for the regional and local country teams and a hands-on project manager to manage projects efficiently and implement the product roadmap and plans.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire end-to-end cooperation process of our Lazada PayLater Buy Now Pay Later business in the SEA region with key focus in PH
Role encompass but not limited to, deep-diving into the overall business model communication with different stakeholders, discuss product development plan, marketing collaboration, risk and credit modelling, disputes handling, customer service as well as legal and compliance matters.
Plan and launch impactful campaigns to increase overall penetration and usage of Lazada Paylater in SEA.
Report and analyse the overall user journey and funnel conversions and optimize campaigns to improve the overall conversion rates and KPI.
Contribute and influence the product roadmap together with our product development and technology team to improve overall user experience, develop product features and product operational tools to improve the overall product user conversions and KPI.
Deep understanding of marketing conversation funnel and user behaviour metrics with the ability to analyse current user retention, traffic and optimize campaigns and using tools to increase the user penetration of Lazada Paylater in the SEA.
To plan and execute marketing campaigns and projects with relevant cross-function domains to increase overall reach and visibility of Lazada Paylater with internal and external teams.
