The ServiceNow PMO Manager role offers a unique opportunity to build and scale a PMO, as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Project Managers and overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects within the SHI ServiceNow delivery team. Lead and manage the project management office (PMO) for SHI’s ServiceNow practiceDevelop and implement project management technology, standards, processes, and best practicesOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projectsManage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedbackEnsure projects are completed on time and within scope and budgetCollaborate with key stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverablesEstablish and build systems and processes to enable scale Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of direct management experience leading in-person and virtual teams in a matrixed organization with competing prioritiesMinimum of 5 years of customer facing project management experienceBachelor's or graduate-level degree or relevant work experienceKnowledge of technology and services models Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Required Skills Ability to lead and directly manage a team of Project Managers Strong Finance and Operations skills Strong written and oral communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsStrong ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasksAbility to shift priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong leadership skills, management skills, and the ability to lead/motivate a teamProactive mindset and Sales mentality Passion for technology & relationship buildingPreferred

The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
