This position is responsible for the management and administration of the CPSES Security Organization.

Key Accountabilities

Direct supervision and management of CPSES employeesDirect contract management of a uniformed security organizationBudget and resource responsibility Primary responsibility for regulatory interface with the USNRC for the security discipline Responsible for the Security Department Training to include a weapons firing range Participates in regional and national work groups.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

Associate's degree in a related field and or 10 years' experience in the nuclear industryFive years of related management experienceTechnical security and investigative backgroundThorough knowledge of the appropriate portions of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations
