About the Role
 

As a Software Engineering Manager, lead a team of skilled engineers to develop innovative software solutions. Deliver cutting-edge products through collaborative teamwork and technical expertise.
 

Responsibilities

Leading resources in solving complex business needsEnsuring enterprise and architectural standards and processes are followedManaging responsibilities in accordance with policies, procedures, and applicable lawsProviding training and resources for staff to perform their jobs effectivelyEncouraging new ideas from staff to foster improvements through innovationsWriting advanced complex code for computer systemsLeading the development of technical standards and performing reviews to ensure standards are followedServing as a primary technical point of contact for external technology resources


Requirements

Possess extensive and experienced Software Development experience spanning over a decade.Demonstrate a proven track record of leadership experienceBe able to set, communicate, implement, and achieve business objectives and goals through the direct management of othersBe able to plan, assign, and direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline employeesBe able to provide training and resources for staff to perform their jobs effectivelyBe able to write advanced complex code for computer systemsBe able to lead the development of technical standards and perform reviews to ensure standards are followedBe able to recommend technical strategy and direction across functional area
