This critical leadership role defines operational success, communicates with stakeholders (end users and business leaders) and mentors software engineers. + The manager will be a key contributor to design sessions, providing input on the long-term viability of proposed solutions, and offering guidance to improve prototypes based on feedback. + The software engineering manager recruits and develops strong engineers and developers through mentorship.
