In Navisphere Carrier engineering we build and maintain experiences across web and mobile that span signup, search, booking, tracking, and payments that are used every day by CHR’s carriers to expedite commerce across the world. This position is open to candidates located in Minneapolis, Chicago, or Kansas City. **Duties &Responsibilities:**
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Work with product managers and stakeholders to develop strategy around sets of features and larger initiatives to ensure the team is aligned to our goals
+ Collaborate with cross functional leaders to bring projects from discovery phases into production
+ Work across Technology teams to resolve issues and remove project roadblocks
+ Identify and create ongoing value for our business through iterative delivery against business goals and product vision
+ Help teams to define and break down product initiatives into tactical milestones that teams can execute against. Leverage Agile tools like Azure Devops to support planning and tracking work, code defects, and issues using Kanban or Scrum methods.
+ Establish, maintain, and communicate crisp measures that quantify progress against our goals and objectives through effective presentations and score carding
+ Partner with business stakeholders to tie committed technical work back to business outcomes and communicate the impact those changes had on the expected outcomes
+ Guide teams to ensuring product stability and scalability
+ Manage disputes between technical teams to remove roadblocks and ensure progress against goals
+ Identify additional technical resource needs from other teams and raise awareness to help ensure timely delivery and realization of value from initiatives
+ Build and maintain technology product roadmaps, strive for repeatable, scalable, and secure solutions with an emphasis on continuous improvement and speed of delivery
+ Engage and assist other teams in high priority incidents
+ Encourage creativity, innovation, promote collaboration without boundaries, and ensure delivery of our objectives
+ Partner with Talent Acquisition to establish a pipeline, recruit, select, and onboard qualified and diverse talent
+ Aligns teams’ passion with their potential and commits to consistently providing feedback, development opportunities and recognition
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of experience working on a software engineering team progressing in complexity and responsibility
+ 3+ years of leading and managing team(s)
+ Experience delivering business critical software functionality
+ Experience working in a product-led organization and applying lean principles to product development
+ Experience delivering software in an agile environment
+ Experience managing a variety of systems integrations, including custom and COTS technologies utilizing APIs
+ Experience communicating status and shaping strategy with a senior leadership audience
+ Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience and a high school diploma/GED
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Master’s degree in Computer science/Software Engineering or Human-Computer Interaction
+ Experience with ERP, TMS, Supply Chain Management or Retail systems
+ Experience with architectural concepts such as Domain Driven Design and SOLID principles
+ Ability to travel up to 10% (domestically and internationally)
+ Strong strategic orientation/planning, business savvy, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate broad impacts of work
+ Effective and flexible communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a relatable way and ability to communicate project plans and timeline deliverables
+ Strong interpersonal skills including ability to build trust, influence, and foster relationships with diverse team members; ability to leverage relationships to drive consistency of approach and ensure delivery
+ Ability to lead, motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
+ Ability to connect the work the team is doing to strategic business priorities
+ Experience leading through change and resolving conflict

**Compensation Range**
$111,300.00 - $246,800.00
