About the Role
As the Sourcing Manager, you will execute strategic sourcing goals to address B2B business needs for all product categories. This position is responsible for working with multiple departments and communicating important sourcing updates to the B2B leadership team in product development, sales, operations, inventory, quality assurance, and global offices.

Execute against defined sourcing strategy for B2B’s assortment to ensure product development meets criteria of cost competitiveness, supplier capabilities, sustainability, quality, country and vendor risk Manage large strategic B2B projects - work cross-functionally to prepare the bid/project RFPs, create project plan, address any specific unique project needs Represent B2B needs within WSI’s global sourcing strategyProduct Management
Represent B2B to WSGO partners and collaborate on product development of the B2B assortment Focus efforts on management of brand standards, large scale projects & bid inquiries Manage calendar & timelines to achieve project timelines Troubleshoot product issues related to development, production and/or delivery Manage sourcing processes and procedures to successfully execute and deliver WSI products on time, which meet the design, quality and value mission. Monitor vendor performance & provide feedback to suppliers on their performance Collaborate with our Williams Sonoma Global Operations (WSGO) partners Update and maintain accurate product information via our Product Life Cycle Management system where utilizedCompetencies

Criteria
4+ years college education (BA/BS). Minimum 3-5 years experience in international sourcing within the retail or manufacturing industry. 2 years experience in a specific home category sourcing, ideally furniture or upholstery This role requires being onsite in the New York office#LI-LG1

The expected starting pay range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
