What will I be doing? The Spa Manager is responsible for the operation and members of the spa, to include personal care services, fitness areas and outdoor recreation facilities and programs: Oversees member and guest relation functions. Promotes and sells memberships and spa services. Supervises member accounts and billing processes. Formulates and monitors budget,expenditures, and revenue forecast.  Performs the duties of subordinate staff as needed. Completes all required training/compliance courses as assigned. Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned.
