We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely. This role is based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio or our flagship office in Atlanta.

You Will: 

Contribute to the strategic vision of the product development organization and lead the team towards that visionDirect multiple cross-functional teams to deliver product releases that achieve business objectives while meeting quality and time-to-market expectationsCoach team members to foster their professional developmentProvide people, skills, and development processes to projects and programsCoordinate product development activities across multiple products in the product suiteBuild team technical capabilities and ensure use of repeatable SDLC (e.g. establish best practices, mentoring, individual development plans, recruiting, etc.) that align to technical and business strategyProactively monitor and identify metrics that can effectively report the overall health of projects and systems to mitigate risk and resolve issues before they are experienced by other groups/clientsEstablish effective communication channels both inside and outside of the Product Development organization.Contribute to and drive the execution of the technical roadmap based on input from the business and product advisory boardsEstablish and maintain a culture of learning and continuous improvement

You Have: 

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Direct project involvement and leadership of projects delivering enterprise software solutionsStrong understanding of software development best practices, including multiple development methodologies (experience with Agile principles preferred)MRI Software product knowledge or enterprise accounting software experience a plusKnowledge of enterprise software environments and deployment approaches for SaaS offerings

EDUCATION

BA/BS Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science; advanced degree preferred

EXPERIENCE

10+ years of leadership experience with technical teamsProven capability as a team manager utilizing an iterative and repeatable development processTrack record of leading teams to deliver scalable, high quality, enterprise software solutionsBroad-based technical expertise including a strong understanding of programming and architecture conceptsEstablished people management skills with the ability to drive individuals and team to realize their potential
