**Description:**
The Manager of Steam Plant, Roads & Grounds, provides leadership and direction for the full spectrum of mainstream service for steam plant operation, steam distribution system, gas, water, sewer and solid waste & recycling systems and program, and Medical Center roads and grounds maintenance services. The Manager is responsible for leading, directing and evaluating the efforts of the department personnel including the supervisors, skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled trade's people in the department.
The Manager coordinates efforts with other Physical Plant & Grounds Managers, Department Heads and Administrators from other departments. Administer operation of Loyola's wet utilities supply systems for 3,000,000 sq. ft. of buildings.
Position Responsibilities:
Leadership Management, Fiscal Resource Management, Plant and Distribution Maintenance and Operations, Utilities Management, and Solid Waste Management.
What's required:
+ Bachelor's degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience and education.
+ 6-10 years of previous job-related experience required.
+ 5+ years of managerial experience.
Licensure/Certifications: Required:
+ Stationary Engineers License

Pay range: $75,129- $120,224
_Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles._
