This new position is part of the EMEAI taskforce which will actively drive the achievement of the Profitability (ROS) and Productivity in EMEAI through supply chain optimization, process, technology, and footprint simplification. The position will be responsible in supporting multifunctional and multidivisional team in designing future state of Supply and Distribution network, with the aim of improving profitability, productivity and customer Experience. You will be directly accountable for planning and execution of projects to reach Future State.

More specifically new team member will contribute, by partnering with Functional Leaders, to design recommendations for production footprint optimization, focusing on capturing opportunities in alignment with units goals and strategy of the different BUs and GSC. You will be also responsible for proposing and securing best in class processes, technologies and operational practices will be factored into any steps of end-to-end Supply Chain future state to improve cost position & Customer Experience.

After future state design phase, he will actively work to ensure time and cost-efficient project execution, interacting with all team member and relevant stakeholders. She/he will eventually actively support operation and/or supply chain function in startup or transition to new asset configuration or product allocation. The position will be also involved into Product Platform Harmonization in close cooperation with the R&D, Product Management and GSC, in specific Business Units to support our drive to ROS 25% and above. The incumbent will be accountable to ensure the work is targeted at delivered. This exercise must lead to a significant reduction in the number of raw materials and Master Rexes, delivering the targeted procurement savings and production efficiencies, whilst supporting Business Unit strategies. 

Successful implementation will improve the prospects for factory consolidation as results of improved production efficiency and released capacity in the affected sites, and simplified execution of rationalization projects. In the medium/long term, the execution of Product Platform Harmonization programs will create the opportunity for increased automation in the factories. The incumbent will support ADOs to build coherent investment cases. The position will report to the Director Strategic Initiatives EMEAI but will have multiple regional and corporate interfaces (Supply Chain, Business Units, Operation-GSC, Corporate functions)
